After Hours Care
We have an after-hours service where all patients can get access to a doctor when the practice is closed. An after-hours service can be found by dialling 1300 HOME GP or 8724 6300.
WFMP will receive on-line notification of the service as well as details of the care provided. This service is provided by an external medical company.
